To support our ambitious growth, we are now looking for a Junior Analytics Engineer (Quality Reporting) (m/f/d) to join our stellar team in Berlin, starting as soon as possible.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You will be part of a powerful data and reporting team supporting scalability of business processes and creating business value
  • You will transform business intelligence requirements into data models, data visualizations, and/or automated dashboard reportings
  • You will work with your team to decide on and improve the data architecture (from data extraction, preprocessing, and isolation) to support all global Operation and Service Units
  • You will ensure that more than 150 employees in the country organizations can monitor the quality and operational performance using self-service reports and automated processes to avoid non-conformities
  • You will work with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate data sources, techniques, and tools for data-driven decision making

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field such as Computer Science, Data Architecture, or equivalent skills & ability
  • First related working experience or equivalent skills & ability gained in a academical environment
  • Experience with Python, proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with a BI Reporting Tool (preferably Microsoft Power BI)
  • Computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
  • Experience in creating performant queries & tables and optimizing them
  • The know-how to build and maintain data pipelines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English; any other language is a plus
  • Nice to have: Experience with Snowflake
