We're looking for a motivated and driven Accounting and Controlling Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
You support in the Senior Finance Manager in the sphere of Accounting and Controlling
You manage 2 direct reports; and Accountant and Junior Controller
You are responsible for the correctness and timeliness of both internal and external reporting
You cooperate closely with our external accounting provider as well as HQ
You are responsible for monthly the closing process including submission of Group IFRS Reporting on monthly basis along with statutory, tax (VAT and CIT) and regulatory reporting
You are responsible for planning and forecasting reporting
You provide support and answer questions in financial matters to other departments
You continuously improve processes within the financial department
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
You have a Master's degree in finance/accounting/economics or a related field
You have 5 years of experience in the field of accounting and/or controlling and at least 1 year in a similar capacity
You are familiar with IFRS as well as Polish accounting standards
Excel holds no secrets from you, you feel confident displaying your ideas via PowerPoint
You speak fluent Polish and feel very comfortable speaking English
You either have managed people before or want to develop your people management skills
You demonstrate enthusiasm, empathy and work well with others
You are detail-oriented, organized, self-driven and deadline focused, able to manage both yourself and others
Preferable; ACCA qualified
Preferable; Experience in a working in a matrix organization, remote HQ
Preferable; Experience in Big4
