We're looking for a motivated and driven International HR Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. As a member of our global People Management team, you'll be an integral part of the People team that prepares and sets up HR processes and the HR team of our new markets.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
You develop and refine the global HR playbook and create an individual country specific version with local adjustments
You gain a deep understanding of local labor markets with regards to compensation & benefits, labor law, hiring practices, availability of talent, and other relevant topics
You take ownership of and drive all HR topics to successfully launch a new market (ensuring compliance with local labor law and HR practices, and introducing global HR processes, products and services)
You ensure and support the smooth integration of the new team into all headquarter processes, and support their onboarding and immersion
You work closely with the central launch team and the new local country teams (MDs, leadership team, and HR)
You share HR best practices to ensure post-launch success and be the go-to person for the local HR teams for the time of transition and ramp-up
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
You hold an excellent Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management, Economics or a related field of study
You gained 4+ years work experience in HR/strategy consulting and/or in a HR department of an international organization or similar
You ideally gained previous experience in expansion projects or set-up of HR teams
You are passionate about HR and have a solid understanding of core HR processes, products and services
You are proactive, reliable and have a strong focus on achievement
You have excellent analytical skills and are good at conceptual thinking
You have strong social and inter-cultural communication skills
You are fluent in English; German and additional languages are considered a plus as well as having lived and worked abroad
