We're looking for a motivated and driven Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
Complaint management and third level support for payments and refunds
Passengers’ rights claims, lost & found and emergency case handling
Support to our travel agencies (bookings, invoices, payments and website issues) and to our sales department
Support to our service providers
Development of proactive solutions to ensure the best customer experience
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
Certified or specialized in the tourism and/or leisure sectors
Previous experience in customer care or travel agency
You are highly motivated, persistent and team-orientated
Experienced user of MS Office
Full working proficiency in French and English. German is a plus
