We're looking for a motivated and driven Emergency Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
You adapt all strategic planning and organizational tasks within crisis management for our national FlixBus business
Develop and deploy a Special Care Team to assist you during the event of an incident and in the aftermath
Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders regarding emergency protocols and procedures to maintain crises
Educate our internal management and external service providers on emergency exercises necessary to the management processes on a on-going basis
Identify potential hazards through evaluations and data collected from past events to better prepare for future emergencies
Train Traffic Control (TC) agents and assist with quality assurance of the TC & Customer Service departments
You oversee all admin responsibilities relating to daily tasks for the TC & Customer Service departments to ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed
Undertake other projects ad hoc relating to Traffic Control, Emergency Management and the development of the Crises Command Center
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
Minimum of a Bachelor degree in a relevant field or have professional experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and/or Transportation
Microsoft suite expert, with knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
You're experienced in handling sensitive information and keep a calm demeanor when dealing with high pressure situations
Ability to travel a minimum of 5-10% and on short notice, both nationally and internationally
Fluent in English; additional language is a plus
