Junior Bus Stops Specialist

We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Bus Stop Specialist who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You are responsible for building and managing sustainable relationships with city authorities and private entities (that own and manage around 100 bus stations or public bus stops in Poland)
  • You look for new places to operate and analyze the capacity within our current portfolio of bus stations
  • You manage the slots and capacity at the bus stations optimizing their usage for our fleet
  • You keep regular contact with bus stations – you support the bus stations with reporting and invoicing, timetable changes etc.
  • You are responsible for having correct and up-to-date information for our customers shown on tickets and at the stations
  • You do regular on-site bus stations checks, which includes meetings with the bus stations owners, as well as checking the quality of the stations from PAX point of view
  • You ensure smooth timetable exchange on the stations whenever necessary
  • You are in charge of projects improving of the current infrastructure at the bus stops
  • You help in preparation and implementation of the regular Bus Station Management system
  • You contribute to the growth of our network working closely with other international teams 

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • A keen interest in the world of transportation and logistics
  • A strong analytical mind, you enjoy working in Excel
  • You are detail oriented and love problem solving
  • You are self-driven and deadline oriented
  • New challenges fuel and energize you
  • You speak fluent Polish and a good level of English
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be great
  • Up to date drivers licence
  • Interpersonal skills, you are a natural at meeting new people and winning them over
