We're looking for a motivated and driven Account Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You will support the Marketing & Sales Team in scaling the Sales channel
  • You will establish and maintain profitable business relationships with strategic and top-performing B2B accounts
  • You will be assigned a business area with the objective to increase its revenues:
    • Analysing and understanding assigned portfolio to identify areas of improvement
    • Running competitive analysis to identify new streams for growth
    • Developing ABM (Account Based Marketing)
    • Expanding existing portfolio
  • You will be direct responsible of the management of the relationship of our key partners
  • You will define and execute sales and marketing action plans to help achieve and exceed the Trade Marketing targets

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Excellent Master’s degree in Business, Economy or related fields of study
  • 2+ years working experience in a sales team or accounting team, in start-up and/or management consulting, ideally in the travel & leisure field
  • Show a positive, constructive and “we can do it” attitude also when meeting challenges or time pressure
  • Flexibility, proactivity and be independent with problem solving skills
  • Reliability, conscientiousness and punctuality
  • High social, communication, and analytical skills
  • Availability to travel
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. A good knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Italian (native speaker level) and fluent in English
