We're looking for a motivated and driven Salesforce engineer (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You are part of a small and motivated cross-functional team from Network Planning Excellence department which combines business and tech and is in direct contact with Network Planning, Business development, Yield Management, Authorizations and Stations teams
  • You use your expertise to develop and support a bespoke product built on the Salesforce platform
  • You are directly involved in application design and documentation, building prototypes, configuration, testing and release management
  • You support the technical and functional implementation of processes using Salesforce such as Golive process from the line creation to the sale via authorizations processes and some specific internal processes like the Schedule Quality Management tracking. And you are integrating them with other in-house systems
  • You engage with the business stakeholders to understand the current business processes, identify gaps and suggest improvements and continuously optimize them

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Bachelor/Master in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or similar
  • Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment and solid foundation in software development best practices
  • Deep understanding of the MVC architecture and Salesforce data model
  • Strong knowledge in Salesforce administration and built-in platform functionality
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), SOQL
  • Good experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka, Salesforce)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce projects
  • Salesforce Certifications are favorable but not necessary
  • Fluent in English. Any other European language is a plus
