We're looking for a motivated and driven DevOps Engineer/Data Engineer (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
You will join a team of data scientists and data engineers developing pricing algorithms to optimize prices for bus/train tickets automatically
You will support data scientists to make prototypes production ready
You will maintain/improve/optimize infrastructure our software is running on: PostgreSQL, CI/CD pipelines, (dockerized) backend, Kubernetes clusters, Kafka Streams etc.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
You have at least three years of experience as a devops engineer or data engineer
You have a proven record using Python; experience with the Python data science stack is a plus
You have solid experience with SQL (Postgres) and managing databases
You worked with git (optional: gitlab, gitlab-ci) on a day-to-day basis
You are passionate about testing, CI/CD and automating
You have experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes
You are experienced with Amazon Web Services
You have a basic understanding of machine learning
You possess experience with Kafka
You are fluent in English
