This is not a regular Customer Service Team Manager position, where someone constantly stands behind you and tells you what to do.

This is an exciting and  independent role for an entrepreneur  who would like to take the ownership over his or her working environment and help us make Flix Customer Care a household name!

We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Manager for Customer Service with focus on Customer Claims and Process Management (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You mentor and support a skilled team of Customer Care specialists, responsible for handling claims, B2B and Backoffice requests workflows
  • With your managerial skills, you will act as a true mentor, motivating and supporting your team while fostering a culture of team development and entrepreneurship
  • You ensure a close cooperation with the internal interfaces of customer services (operations control, quality assurance, marketing, network planning) as well as our external service providers
  • Together with your team, you will work out new solutions, ongoing development of internal workflows and the optimization the processes, with Customer Satisfaction as your main driver.
  • You take care over your team structure and budget planning
  • As a member of the customer service on-call team, you will be involved into supporting our Emergency Management team in the area of Customer Service
  • As an expert, you take over projects as part of the further development of Flix Customer Service
  • You will have an awesome opportunity to bring your team to the next level, by initiating and leading the new, technology-driven solutions, to make sure that processes are lean, customer friendly, and IT-based,

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Several years of a leadership experience in the field of customer service or other customer-oriented services
  • Full professional proficiency in English; every other foreign will be considered a plus - especially German
  • Ability and willingness to develop and promote a team
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness in working with the entire customer service team and key interfaces
  • Affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies
  • Flexibility and being able to keep cool under pressure
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as problem-solving ability
