(Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (m/f/d) who will help us build our new Knowledge Hub in Sofia/Bulgaria and find the greatest talents to join our ride and contribute to paint the world green.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You attract and source the best talents to join our successful ventures
  • You drive strategic partnerships with our business teams to understand hiring needs and to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies
  • You develop targeted marketing strategies to create awareness and identify new candidate pools
  • You are networker at heart and build and maintain prospect- and candidate relationships at its best
  • You own and manage the full cycle talent acquisition process, from the intake meeting to sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring of new employees
  • You regularly engage with your hiring teams and ensure they are on top of things
  • You provide a first-class candidate experience by ensuring smooth processes with a personal touch and professional communication (in job ads, interviews, feedbacks, offers)
  • You drive and manage projects and contribute to the further development of our recruiting team by sharing your ideas and bringing them to life
  • You report directly to Isabella  

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Degree in economics, management, business administration, social sciences, or similar; ideally with a focus on HR
  • Ideally 4+ years of experience in a similar role in recruiting; ideally in a high-volume recruitment environment 
  • Experience with sourcing talents and managing a diverse pipeline
  • Strong professional communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers at various levels within the company
  • Your work style is structured, and you can manage your time effectively with a ‘make it happen' attitude
  • You are fluent in English and Bulgarian; German and any other language are considered a plus
