We're looking for a motivated and driven Manager Service Providers (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
Mange external vendor relations within the Customer Service department
Perform as the functional bridge amongst external vendors and internal stakeholders
Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance
Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required
Identify improvement areas internally as well as collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions
Cooperate with our IT employees to ensure vendor partners are effectively utilizing existing tools, and contracts are completely leveraged
Accompany processes for managing, analyzing, selecting and transitioning of vendors
Monitor all contractual agreements
Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency
Support expansion of services across new business lines
Conduct weekly, monthly as well as quarterly business reviews with vendors
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
3+ years of experience in vendor services or a customer service role (e.g. vendor manager, team manager or project manager)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Natural ease of working with numeric data and concluding out of it
Demonstrated ability to identify KPI opportunities, develop and implement action plans to improve performance
Working experience with tools such as PowerBI, Omnichannel Contact Center Software, Forecasting / Workforce Management solutions
Willing to travel abroad 4-6 times a year
Must be able to work in an autonomous way in a dynamic environment
Ability to deal with ambiguity and constant change
Fluent in English; every other language is a plus
