We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Support Engineer (m/f/d) who will help us bringing our user experience with our IT infrastructure to the next level.  

About our Team 

Our IT infrastructure Support Team consists of 7 people, provides FlixBus with a global service desk and is the first point of contact regarding all IT infrastructure related requests and issues. Additionally, the team owns services like administer devices with the Microsoft Endpoint Manager, a global video conferencing platform, a smooth and seamless hardware provisioning with Windows Autopilot, a check in system for our worldwide conferencing rooms, follow me printing and other great innovative tools, that you will help to develop and implement. We work agile and use Kanban to optimize our outcome, while we try to be cross-functional in all our responsibilities. 

Your Tasks – Paint the world green 

  • Proactively look for IT related business improvements and drive innovation  
  • Continuously learn from our tech community and improve our internal IT infrastructure  
  • You manage, solve, or dispatch incoming 1st and 2nd level support requests in our ticketing system together with your international support team  
  • You train and consult our employees regarding usage of our global IT infrastructure and application platform  
  • Together with your team you own services like global video conferencing, Office 365, hardware provisioning, device and asset management 

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board 

  • Proficiency in supporting Office 365 products like MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint 
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Cloud Services (Endpoint Manager, AAD, Conditional Access)  
  • Experience or high interest in PowerShell scripting for task automation  
  • Fun, working in a young, dynamic, flexible, and enthusiastic team  
  • Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is a plus  
  • Experience working in agile and self-organized teams  
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Result-driven and value-oriented  
  • Fluent in English and basic German skills 
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support in a ticketing system
