We're looking for a motivated and driven Regulatory Affairs Manager - Legally Protected Category Art. 1 L. 68/99 who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
You will manage the entire regulatory process in order to obtain the authorization to operate each bus line cooperating with business team (network planning, business development, business analyst and operation);
You will build, maintain and implement relations with Regional, National and International Public Authorities (Italian Ministry of Transport, Regional Authorities) responsible to issue the authorization;
You will collaborate with other regulatory colleagues based in different European Countries (Germany, France, Spain, Croatia);
You will support team Public Affairs to encourage the simplification and the digitalization of the regulatory procedures;
You will work and communicate with our Bus Partners in order to ensure the network compliance with the legislation;
You will be responsible for the necessary to deliver the application to the Authorities that fully respect the European and Italian transportation regulation;
You will contribute to facilitate and consolidate our position in the market by achieving authorization goals according to business guidelines.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
Excellent Bachelor / Master’s degree in management, political science, international relation, law or related fields of study;
At least 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in the field of Regulatory and Public Affairs – Legal – Project management departments, dealing with public stakeholders, being familiar with regulations and compliance issues, preferable in a multinational environment;
Excellent communication skills to build and manage effective relationships with a wide set of public actors;
Strong organization and planning skills and attention to details;
Full working proficiency in both Italian and English;
Proficiency in all MS-Office programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
