We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Paid Social Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our marketing online distribution team. You will be in charge of our Paid Social channels performance and strategy in all Flix markets globally, and for our Paid Social channels for our products (FlixTrain and FlixBus). More than being part of a dynamic team, you will participate in bringing Flixbus to the next stage, and thus you will have a direct influence on its success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
You will be the go-to expert on paid social and display.
You monitor targets and KPIs, and are responsible for reporting to the rest of the organization
You drive high value social campaigns through all available social media marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook, IG, etc.) from planning to execution, optimization and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
You actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the social channel mix.
You manage, optimize and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively across digital channels to maximize customer growth and key performance KPIs (CPI, CAC…)
You run A/B creative tests and spend scaling tests on campaigns to identify points of inefficiency creatively improve non-performing areas.
You measure, analyze, and report performance of the marketing campaigns & incremental impact on overall business goals.
You drive strategic decisions based on incrementality tests to optimize channel-mix, CPA, and budgets helping drive delivery of acquisition targets.
You relentlessly experiment with copy and creative to maintain strong performance.
You are able to design testing roadmap across audience, creative and offers
You train the team on best practices of analytics and visibility, ensuring they utilize data to generate growth.
You collaborate with stakeholders in Brand, Visual Communication, Product, BI and Data
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Cultural Science, Applied Linguistics, or similar
Ideally you have at least 3 years experience in performance marketing, predominantly in paid channels managing €1M+ budgets.
You are data-driven, highly analytical mindset, with the ability to work across large data sets with strong understanding of marketing attribution modelling
You have deep experience in creative testing and iteration, understanding the balance between brand and performance while driving scale.
Fluent in English; every other European language is a plus
Eloquent and well documenting
High level of self-initiative, reliability and the necessary entrepreneurial drive
