We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Traffic Control Dispatcher - French/Portuguese speaker in Lisbon (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
Live monitoring of bus lines and rides to guarantee the arrival of buses on time.
Coordination with drivers, bus partner supervisors, operations manager, shop agents in Spain and France.
Answering to calls from drivers and bus partners, and replying to emails, in a multilingual environment (FR, EN, PT are mandatory, SP is a plus).
Management of accidents, incidents, or every other potential problem in accordance with internal guidelines.
Monitoring delays with technical assistance from the internal delay alert system and informing our passengers via notifications.
Reassigning passengers to other services (rebooking) in the event of cancellation or incident.
Documenting of all incidents and taking appropriate measures, for example the organization of interconnections, bus replacement, seats blocking, closing stops, inform stakeholders (drivers, hub agents and shop agents) changes/adjustments.
Supporting senior traffic dispatchers in exceptional situations.
Communication with bus partners in exceptional situations.
Improved work processes on small projects.
Supervision and feedbacks with the team leader.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
You have acquired experience in the field of transport management, logistics, operations or in the management of exceptional and emergency situations. Alternatively in Customer Service.
You are multilingual: you have a perfect command of French, Portuguese, English. Spanish a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable in teamwork in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
You master the Microsoft Office suite.
You will work from our Lisbon office.
You will be working 40h/week but you are flexible and ready to work in shifts (24 hours a day, 7 days a week - 40h/week).
