We're looking for a motivated and driven Teamlead Global Shop Development (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
You lead the team that embodies the global expertise for Flix Shops and consult our country organizations
You and your team drive strategic projects in several markets to ensure a great customer experience all over the world
You monitor Flix Shops performances and KPIs, both from an economic and from a quality perspective
You identify and develop process improvements, best practices and standards for the Flix Shop organization
You define strategic training concepts together with our international shop trainer
You represent Flix Shops internally and towards management, especially when strategic advice is needed
You advise in the shop lifecycle process (opening, switching, closing) and in case of M&A activities which involve shops
You act as key point of contact and manage relationships with all international shop leads
You drive the digital innovation of Flix Shops, defining business and technical roadmap with your team and stakeholders
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
You hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Economics, Management or related fields of study, preferably with an international orientation
You spent at least 1 year in a leadership role (team lead, people lead, etc.) and have proven people management skills
You have experience in developing and/or working with offline demand (travel industry is a plus, but not a must)
You have excellent analytical skills, good knowledge of Excel, proper understanding of data and possess good problem-solving skills
Your working style can be described as organized, reliable, engaged and flexible
You consider yourself a team player with great communication skills and connect with a variety of stakeholders
You like to look for scalable solutions via technology and to listen to user needs and pains
You are willing to travel and fine in a remote work setup
You are fluent in English. any other language is a plus
