We're looking for a motivated and driven Commercial Development Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
Commercial Management: you monitor the performance of CEE cluster of our business (Poland, Ukraine, Czechia, Croatia) to define and prioritize commercial strategies and actions across commercial framework (Marketing, Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Network Planning, Product, etc.).
Stakeholder Management: you represent and own the demand-side of responsible markets. Therefore, you collaborate with many different teams such as Marketing & Sales, Pricing, Network Planning, Product, Business Development to optimize the commercial performance holistically.
Budget Planning: as the interface to the supply planning you provide data and insights that ensure it’s synchronized with the markets demand.
Analysis & Monitoring: you conduct advanced (ad hoc) analyses and dig into our (commercial) data to question existing strategies and processes, and to find hidden growth and optimization potential.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
You successfully completed top degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
You have minimum 1-3 years of related work experience gained preferably in mobility industry, consulting or at similar commercial position.
You deeply understand dependencies between commercial metrics like traffic, conversion rate, yield, CLV in a complex and fast changing business environment.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and coordinate among different stakeholders.
You are good in numbers and have very strong analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit that allows you to grow in a fast-paced environment when working within stringent timelines and balancing short-term needs with long-term company goals.
You are fluent in English.
