We're looking for a motivated and driven Product Owner CRM (f/m/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Together with the business owner and team you ensure the CRM team has a clear vision and strategy and follows it in every aspect of their work to increase customer retention, engagement, monetization and reactivation
  • You build the quarterly CRM roadmap and enable the team to achieve the milestones
  • You own, prioritize and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision and business priorities
  • You shape the CRM strategy and source & prioritize new products/projects/ best practices that drive growth and automation
  • You overtake full responsibility to automate all CRM actions (e.g. communication journeys) across the various customer touchpoints to bring our customer lifetime value to the next level
  • You define success criteria to measure your product's impact and closely monitor the defined KPIs
  • You navigate strong collaboration between people and work closely with stakeholders from tech and other teams

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • 2+ years of experience as Product Owner, ideally in an intercultural & dynamic environment
  • Experience in guiding a team through an agile set-up with all its ceremonies
  • Knowledge in performance marketing; ideally CRM is a strong plus
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style
  • Affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative and reliability
  • Experience working in business teams, evidence of improving agile + organizational processes and the ability to interpret and communicate actionable findings to senior management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other CRM tool is a plus
  • Fluent in English
