Since 2013 we offer a new, convenient and green way to travel which suits every budget. Thanks to our smart business model and innovative technology, we have quickly established Europe's largest intercity bus network. And we won't stop here but continue our journey.

To support our ambitious growth, we are now looking for a Senior Product Owner in Munich starting as soon as possible.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

You will be responsible for building state-of-the-art solutions to integrate cooperation partners into our system

  • You collaborate with your users and stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap 
  • You own, prioritize and refine the product backlog, keeping in line with the company's strategic vision
  • You coordinate and prioritize the roadmap
  • You understand our customers' problems and come up with pragmatic solutions
  • You establish a data-driven decision-making culture within your team and among its stakeholders 
  • You are an agile and lean example with regard to speed and quality of engineering
  • You create and maintain a strong understanding of the competitor landscape and strategic opportunities and challenge
  • You are open to occasional travel: you may be asked to travel to our Berlin office for meetings with relevant stakeholders

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working in a productive-creative setting
  • Good understanding of agile software product development principles and techniques (e.g. User Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.)
  •  Strong analytical thinking, quantitative mindset, ability to prioritize based on cost and benefit. Experience with building API products,  API integrations is a plus.
  • Experience working in lean start-up mode with data-driven analysis is a big plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and lateral leadership skills
  • Fluent in English; German language is a plus
