We are looking for a Team Lead People Operations – Focus HR Administration & Automation (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin or Munich on a permanent basis, as successor to our current Team Lead who is going on maternity and parental leave.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You design and mange the People Operations road map, focusing on automation and continuous standardization of all HR processes and guidelines worldwide to ensure a strong employee experience
  • You are responsible for your team of 4 FTEs + interns for all administrative HR tasks from employee entry to exit (e.g., handling contract management, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, maternity & parental leave processes as well as global mobility and relocation policies and concepts) with a focus on Germany However, we also have other international locations for which you will take on a technical leadership role
  • You and your team are the first point of contact for employees, authorities, and insurance companies as well as our People Partners (HR Business Partners) for all questions regarding the administrative part of the employee life cycle
  • You work as a subject matter expert in close cooperation with the entire People Team, our colleagues from Legal & Finance as well as potential third party providers

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Desired five years of proven professional experience in HR administration, preferably in a fast- growing company or a dynamic environment (consulting, start-up, technology), people leadership experience is a plus
  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training as well as further qualification in the field of human resources, or a successfully completed business degree, or similar, with a focus on human resources or a comparable completed degree program
  • Proven track record in digitalization/automation projects
  • Very good knowledge of German labor, wage tax and social security law – law of other countries is a plus; especially experience with and knowledge of global mobility and relocation topics
  • Independent, structured, and precise way of working and a reliable and flexible personality
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook and Word) as well as knowledge of HR data management software (we work with Workday)
