We're looking for a motivated and driven Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) to join Operations domain and Customer Care Services team. In this domain, you will contribute to automating the experience of our customers. Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Be part of a cross functional engineering and product team;
  • Independently design and build scalable solutions and integrations;
  • Full responsibility for the full software development life cycle;
  • Translating business requirements into technical and functional solutions;
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices standards across the business.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Experience implementing and developing Salesforce solutions
  • Understanding of programming patterns and how to apply/implement within Salesforce
  • Understanding of the Salesforce platform, including capabilities and limitations, particularly Service & Community Clouds.
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions using Aura framework
  • Articulate and clear communication skills
  • Intermediate, Upper-intermediate.  

Nice to have:

  • Experience mentoring colleagues
  • Knowledge on telephony systems and CTI setup (will be working closely with customer service, telephone calls integrated into Salesforce, email integrations, chat integrations, telephone integration)
  • Knowledge in LWC
  • Experience in building Integrations with 3rd party systems (for ex: Kafka)
