Growth Marketing Analyst
We're looking for a motivated and driven Growth Marketing Analyst in either Lisbon, Milan or Sofia who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You deep-dive into data to identify the biggest growth opportunities for organic & paid marketing channels.
- You test various new channels for growth, coming up with innovative ideas and discovering new opportunities scale our marketing efforts.
- You look into the key conversion points in the marketing funnel, come up with ideas to increase conversion rates and pitch them to our developers.
- You apply your marketing experience, statistical understanding, and technical skills to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
- You design, implement, and evaluate traditional A/B tests as well as incremental testing across all online and offline marketing channels.
- You work with our marketing automation developers to determine the technical requirements to scale your findings.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Advanced knowledge of digital channels, especially SEO and PPC
- Strong analytical skills (SQL & Python experience is a plus) and ability to translate data into valuable insights
- Self-driven and a self-starter, but able to collaborate and work in team
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and to prioritize what’s important while ruling out the noise
- You know the rules but don't always go by the book: you use critical thinking to overcome complex situations and obstacles
- Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at any level, and fluency in English
