We're looking for a motivated and driven US Localization Manager - Native-level English Speaker (US)(m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
In this role you will partner with product, marketing, and business teams on shaping experience through copy and product content, while ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints, and product and marketing communications for our travel brands Greyhound and FlixBus.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
Write and edit brand-appropriate copy for integrated communications that elevates our brands within our website, email, social media, and other marketing channels that highlights our products and tools, putting them in a context that educates, inspires, and drives engagement and revenue
Coordinate and contribute to UX copy creation and broader product copy across customer-facing products (web & mobile apps, search and booking experience, FAQs and info pages, customer onboarding)
Closely collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Specialists, Researchers and Developers to translate complex concepts into clear and user-friendly copy, aligned with our brand voices and terminology
Help to connect different stakeholders’ perspectives and explain product concepts to teams marketing these products and features (Localization, Marketing and Brand Teams)
Become an expert in assigned customer-facing products, participate in the ideation process of new features and products
Evaluate performance of UX copy in collaboration with other teams and suggest tests to drive continuous improvement of customer experience
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
2+ years of writing experience in content creation, tech/UX/product marketing, preferably in a global environment, with strong focus on collaboration between marketing and tech
You possess exceptional knowledge of consumer, content, and cultural trends in the U.S. You see content as a strategic lever to drive business results
Solid communication and collaboration skills and experience in partnering with a wide range of stakeholders cross-functionally, and across the globe
You’re not only a natural born writer but also a great listener
You can manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously and efficiently prioritize
Knowledge of bus travel market in the US is a strong plus
Experience in working with localization and content teams is a plus
Native-level knowledge of Spanish is a plus
