Voice of Customer Analyst (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Voice of Customer Analyst (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You support Flix global expansion by analyzing how Customer Service processes and tools impact on customer retention and happiness;
  • You evaluate Customer Service metrics to identify drivers that impacts on customer satisfaction;
  • You support our operations by providing indications of which process is affecting customer retention and satisfaction;
  • You are the liaison between Customer Service, Marketing, Business Development and Business Intelligence teams assuring a smooth communication and share of information;
  • You support the implementation of the CS strategy analyzing the potential outcome of the department initiatives and projects in terms of customer lifetime value;
  • You investigate our customer base and define customer segments;
  • You develop your own predictive models which will be used by our Leads to calculate the business impact of their initiatives;
  • You collect data from multiple sources and create reports that help you and management analyze performance and understand our customers' behavior;

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • You have an analytic and data driven mindset;
  • You easily juggle between SQL, Python, Machine Learning and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau);
  • You have customer happiness at heart; · Good organizational, and exceptional communication skills;
  • You understand and can interpret customer service KPI's and is passionate about reporting and analysis;
  • You have great presentation skills;
  • You have a proven ability to build relationships quickly which focus on both internal and external stakeholders;
  • You know how to navigate and make decisions even through uncertainty and constant change;
  • You are able to work under time pressure as part of a team, but also handle well individual responsibilities and expectations;
  • Good to have: passion for IT and the digital world.
