We're looking for a motivated and driven Working Student – Operations Management (m/f/d), who can start in July and is eager to develop their skills within our Flix familiy!
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
Be part of the Operations team DACH.
You support the team in analyzing customer satisfaction data and optimizing the quality of the FlixBus network in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
You help to develop and implement quality assurance standards.
You are responsible for keeping, evaluating and optimizing statistical quality records as well as analyzing quality deviations at bus partners.
You assist in the definition of potential measures in case of quality deviations.
You communicate with related departments on all quality issues, in particular with Operations and Business Development.
You are in close contact with and report to the Head of department.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
You are a currently enrolled Bachelor or Master student in Quality Management, Traffic Management, Tourism, or a similar program, preferably with an international orientation.
You are fluent in German and English. Any other additional language is a plus.
You have analytical skills and possess good problem-solving skills
You are focused on details and motivated to dive deep into data to draw the right conclusions.
You are self-reliant, reliable and conscientious.
You have a sound knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
You are communicative, engaged, and flexible..
