People Partner

We're looking for a People Partner who will help us shape our team to drive the company to the next level. As a member of our global People Management team, you'll be part of a lean, fast-paced, and data-driven HR Management team. We're scaling rapidly and working closely with the business to ensure that we develop and retain the people we need to remain at the front of modern mobility.

As People Partner, you are responsible for the UK & Nordics team and act as their central point of contact, coach, and business partner. You consider yourself as a project manager and a value-adding service provider with profound expertise in HR topics. 

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You partner with our leaders and employees to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc.)
  • You are the first point of contact for our employees, people partners, as well as authorities and insurances for questions concerning e.g. pension scheme, company benefits, contract management
  • You will actively participate in the preparatory payroll process and contribute your knowledge in an active exchange with our payroll partner and also support our employees with your expertise
  • You are responsible for all HR processes from employee entry to exit of a support area (e.g. handling of contract management, questions around onboarding as well as preparation of references); with the help of your experience you drive forward the optimization and automation of these processes
  • You keep track of all HR master data in our HR management tool Workday as well as in our HR files and ensure their availability, timeliness, and quality
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance (partner with legal department as needed)

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, high-growth organization
  • Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or other related fields of study
  • Solid knowledge of UK labour law, Swedish labour law is a plus
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, committed, team-oriented and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on approach
  • Ability to use discretion and empathy as well as be highly assertive
  • Fluent in English, every other language is a plus (e.g. Swedish)
