Your Tasks – Paint the world green
Be the face of our brand in the UKs busiest coach station
Represent FlixBus UK to our growing customer base and support us in becoming the UKs largest coach network
Play a part in every customers experience with us, by assisting them with a smooth start to their journey
Provide help and advice to existing & potential customers with any ticketing queries
Be the voice on the ground for FlixBus in regards to operational updates, cancellations or delays
Provide our Flix Drivers with support in providing a great customer experience through carrying out ticket checks & check ins
You will be able to directly influence the quality & performance of the customer journey through carrying out audits & quality checks of the vehicles before they depart
Be a key player in developing our partnership with the TFL coach station staff, by coordinating live departures and supporting in the smooth flow of passengers through the station
Be the guiding mind in response to incidents, cancellations and delays that occur, to ensure our customers are fully informed & are able to continue with their journey as smoothly, and to cause as little disruption to the network as possible

Ability to deal with difficult situations whilst remaining professional at all times
Excellent communication skills
We provide flexibility through a rota including shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 00:00
You thrive in high pressure, fast moving and dynamic environments
You are proactive, motivated, autonomous and have a desire to grow with a business
You have experience of working in a customer facing role
You are able to prioritize key tasks and make decisions quickly on sometimes, limited information
