We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Manager Asset Finance - Mobility (m/f/d) who willown and improve the asset (finance) strategy of Flix funding the necessary busses and trains for further expansion and shaping the Flix’s business model.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
You will be responsible to manage all asset financing projects and processes at Flix ranging from trains to busses
You will own a portfolio of >1bn Euro assets under management
You will manage relationships within the asset financing ecosystem, including with fleet partners, Original Equipment Manufacturers, financing providers,consultants, investment banks, insurers, and banks
You will design, shape, and implement the asset strategy and identify opportunities to add value to a commercial asset portfolio
You will work alongside the firm’s leadership, central functions (legal, procurement) and country managements improving the asset strategy and cost set-up of Flix for the years to come
You will negotiate multi million purchase and lease contracts and play an essential role in M&A activities
You will provide our partners and firm’s leadership with reportings and current status of projects
You will be the number one contact for all asset financing at Flix and be the main owner of the contracts
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
>5 years of professional experience gained within a finance function of a asset financing company, financial service company, investment bank, consulting company, the finance function of a fast-paced start-up
You have a track record of originating and closing deals that “stick together”
You are an analytical thinker with solid (financial) modelling and presentation skills - without fluff!
You are a good communicator and have good people skills
You have good project management skills
You have experience with writing and negotiating contracts
You are driven who knows how to pace yourself and have fun
Bonus, you have a solid understanding of transaction structures employed by asset financing companies (e.g., corporate and operational covenants, credit enhancements
While we can flexible around job location as long as it’s in one of our major hubs in Europe, you will be expected to travel frequently, including to our HQ in Munich
