We're looking for a motivated and driven Project Manager Operations (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Real Estate locations scouting and contract negotiations
- Location construction or restorations with Flixbus shop blueprint guidelines
- Facilities and amenities implementation (Wi-Fi, A/C, Welcome desk, seating, luggage handling, toilet...)
- Hiring, onboarding and training of Lounge team. Empower supervisors and associate to run the daily activities.
- Oversee and manage operational processes related to Flixbus Lounge in India, including people operations, ticket sales, customer support, and maintenance.
- Monitor and analyse operational metrics and KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, and Finance, to ensure that all operational processes are aligned with Flixbus's overall strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including bus operators, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to Flixbus's operations in India.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex operations, delivering high-quality service to customers, and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of the Indian transportation industry, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
