We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager – Partnerships & Direct Marketing to join our Chile´ Team.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You identify new potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands, events and organizations in Chile and other global countries
- You initiate meetings, propose partnership frameworks and negotiate the mutually beneficial conditions.
- You take full ownership of our direct marketing activities (offline voucher distribution, direct mailing) involving their planning, implementation and evaluation.
- You take active part in the yearly budget and revenue planning.
- You work in close alignment with our Brand and Commercial Development teams.
- Challenge Flix's business-as-usual to ensure Chile's go-to-market success, considering local adaptations.
- Develop and implement partnerships and direct marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth in Chile.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and other relevant organizations to promote Flixbus services.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with Flixbus' overall marketing strategy
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- 2-3 years’ work experience preferably in a similar role (partnerships, offline or start-up marketing)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions.
- You are a self-starter and able to work proactively and independently as the wider team is based in multiple locations
- High social, communication and negotiation skills
- High focus on achievement and a strong entrepreneurial drive
- You have a creative mindset and can think outside of the box
- Fluent in English and fluent or native Spanish
