To support our international expansion in Chile, we are looking for a motivated and driven Senior Sales Manager, who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You develop and own a diverse portfolio of sales partners across multiple territories
- Your goal is to maximize their performance and help developing our internal service to facilitate their success in achieving targets and have a satisfying user experience
- You have a holistic overview of the offline sales channel, understand global efficiencies and dependencies, being able to prioritize and negotiate based on local/specific needs
- You are responsible for data quality and integrity of your assigned portfolio in our systems (Salesforce)
- You develop, run and analyze automated and market-related campaigns
- You play an active role in planning and budgeting campaigns, providing portfolio-level insights and representing the needs and the behaviors of your portfolio
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- You are fluent in Spanish and English
- You have previous experience in managing complex sales-related projects and portfolios
- You have experience in developing and maintaining long-term commercial partnerships
- You are comfortable working with both a local and a remote team
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with colleagues from different countries and cultures
- You like challenges and understand how change can be turned into opportunities for improvement and growth
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is beneficial
