We're looking for a motivated and driven Bus Partner Manager (BPM) (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You report to the Head of BD for Spain and work cross functionally with teams in and outside Spain including Operations, Network Planning, Authorisations and Finance in their joint work with the Business Development team.
- You are the main point of contact for our bus partners regarding all business, financial and operational business day to day business in Spain.
- You will identify, negotiate, and acquire new bus operators to partner with Flix.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Sales or other related fields of study
- Native in Spanish and very fluent in written and oral English
- 5-8 years working experience in Spain in Consulting, Account Management and/or B2B Business Development.
- High communication and b2b negotiation skills
- You are proactive, reliable, flexible and have a strong focus on achievement.
- Customer driven; you have the necessary entrepreneurial spirit drive to support FlixBus profitable growth.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Spain.
