Flix North America is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Manager of Internal Communications & Change Management to join our corporate communications team.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, this role is pivotal in developing and executing enterprise-wide internal communications and change management strategies that inform, inspire, and unite both corporate and field employees. This role will strengthen culture, engagement, and communication across Flix and Greyhound while supporting key organizational initiatives and transformation efforts, as we grow and evolve our business.

About the Role

  • Design and implement enterprise internal communications and change management strategies spanning corporate and field employees, aligned with business objectives, transformation initiatives, and leadership priorities.
  • Translate organizational strategy into clear, actionable narratives that support employee adoption, operational readiness, behavioral change, and measurable engagement outcomes.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, Field Leadership, and HQ teams to design communication frameworks that enable employees during transformation, restructuring, integration, and process rollouts.
  • Own the full internal communications ecosystem, including intranet governance, executive communication cadence, town halls, field distribution channels, newsletters, and employee experience communications calendar.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain and enhance employee recognition programs and tools.
  • Lead internal communications designed specifically for frontline, desk-less, and distributed employees, ensuring relevance, clarity, and operational alignment.
  • Partner with HR to support initiatives that define, strengthen, and embed corporate culture across Flix and Greyhound, reinforcing shared values and global cultural priorities.
  • Design and execute virtual, hybrid, and on-site events to engage and inform employees across all levels.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in internal communications within a global company, managing audiences in diverse locations and work settings
  • Proven experience in change management communications, leading corporate culture initiatives, executive communications, and event management.
  • Experience developing and managing an editorial calendar, creating engaging content across various channels, formats, and planning for both long and short terms
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, adept at sourcing content from various departments and stakeholders, with a talent for networking, listening, and gathering information
  • Expertise in developing creative, effective approaches to reach diverse audiences through visual storytelling, video production, social media, and multimedia experimentation. Familiarity with virtual event platforms such as MS Teams is essential
  • Proven ability to creatively solve problems, manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities, demonstrating superior organizational skills, efficient time management, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in creative tools and technology to generate and publish visually appealing content. Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus

Annual Compensation Range: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 USD
