We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Los Angeles Team and help oversee the performance of our operator portfolio in California and Western region.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Build a strong and positive working relationship with our operator partners, liaising between them and our internal teams to support in all operational and product matters
- Independently analyze and present on existing quality performance indicators and form the interface to Business Development and Network Planning
- Actively drive projects in operations management and assume responsibility by coordinating internal teams from Business Development, Operations and Network Planning, among others
- Ensure that our operators adhere to our processes and standards, including providing support to ensure local safety and ADA standards are upheld
- Support operators in obtaining FlixUni content training and tracking their ADA driver training compliance
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Professional experience in the bus/passenger transport industry a huge plus
- Completed studies related to Business, Hospitality, or comparably relevant training
- Able to work independent while remaining goal-oriented
- Passion for operations and consultative partner relations
- Adaptable with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to travel within the California and West region
- Spanish fluency a plus

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 USD
