We're looking for a motivated and driven Marketing Lead to join our North America team. We support constant market growth with our marketing activities to acquire new customers, increase repeated purchases, prevent churn and enhance customer experience. This role is responsible for Marketing and Brand activities for both North American brands: Greyhound and FlixBus.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Developing localized omni-channel marketing and brand strategies and implementing activities in North America, supporting both Greyhound and FlixBus in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- Driving strategic alignment within North America and across multiple HQ marketing teams and aligning with key decision makers
- Project managing marketing plans to ensure successful implementation, and coordinating with commercial analytics team to create baseline KPIs, measurement and reporting of the results on an ongoing basis
- Investigating new avenues for communication, media channels and fostering experimentation to support brand KPIs (from increasing awareness and consideration to building bond and advocacy)
- Identifiying and managing suitable brand partnerships (content platforms, brands, events, influencers, places etc.) to create brand engagement on various channels (online and offline)
- Ensuring adaptation and local relevance of the global Social Media Strategy by owning the content plan and social approach, as well as leading the development of highly engaged communities around our brand
- Coordinating the design, production, and installation of marketing and branding assets such as terminal signage to promote Greyhound and FlixBus services effectively
- Ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing materials
- Developing communication including drafting briefings for localized content and creative and continuous testing, reviewing results, and deriving insights used to optimize creative, messaging, layout etc. to meet campaign objectives
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience (at least 4-6 years) in data driven marketing, with a focus on tactical marketing and brand strategy
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Event Marketing is a plus
- Experience in transportation, travel or hospitality is a plus
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive results and enhance brand presence
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Strong understanding of the North American market and cultural nuances
- Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in marketing practices
- You are passionate about the customer experience and their communication needs
- You are interested in turning commercial needs into creative marketing strategies and communication ideas and you are comfortable taking the ideas forward to implementation
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD
