We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Group Accounting Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate intercompany invoicing and reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
- Manage and centralize end-to-end Intercompany processes across the group, aiming for enhanced efficiency, standardization, and compliance across all entities and building up Intercompany Centre of Excellence for Flix.
- Drive automation, increase efficiency, and support integration of new Flix entities into the group's intercompany framework, ensuring smooth processes.
- Analyze and resolve complex intercompany transactions, providing clear documentation and adhering to regulatory and transfer pricing standards.
- Develop and apply best practices for intercompany reporting and documentation to enhance audit readiness, facilitate external audits by providing detailed intercompany analyses.
- Continuously monitor and enhance internal controls and risk management for intercompany operations.
- Collaborate closely with Tax, Transfer Pricing, Controlling, Local Accounting, HR, and other key departments to align and integrate intercompany activities seamlessly.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance;
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting in a multinational environment;
- Solid Accounting knowledge (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management);
- Expertise in automation technologies and experience driving digital transformation in accounting processes (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc.);
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to handle complex problems;
- High proficiency in Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluent English, any other language is an advantage.
