We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior People Partner to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to drive people strategies that align with the organization's objectives and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and support in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance development, leadership coaching, and organizational design.
The Senior People Partner will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, supporting change management initiatives, and ensuring that our people practices are innovative, forward-thinking, and aligned with our company values.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and resolution on complex employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal compliance.
- Talent Management: Lead initiatives related to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Organizational Development: Partner with leaders to drive change management initiatives, optimize team structures, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Support and coach leaders in delivering consistent and effective performance management processes.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement, using data-driven insights.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives, ensuring that they are integrated into all aspects of HR and business practices.
- HR Program Implementation: Act as a conduit between HR Centers of Excellence and business units to deliver programs such as compensation reviews, learning and development, and benefits administration.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior leadership and influencing business outcomes
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Experience managing complex organizational change and working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
