We are looking for a motivated and driven Working Student to work as an IT infrastructure Support Engineer (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your tasks – Paint the world green
- Assist FlixBus employees with their IT infrastructure needs, ensuring they can work efficiently and effectively.
- Provide hardware and IT services to our team members, making sure they have the tools they need to succeed.
- Resolve IT-related requests promptly, offering solutions and support to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Manage and handle incidents, ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
Your profile – ready to hop on board
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a focus on IT, and ready to bring your academic knowledge to life.
- Sharp analytical skills and a passion for diving into technical content.
- Master of the Microsoft Windows operating system, navigating it like a pro.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, making productivity your middle name.
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies, ready to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to match.
