The Flix marketing and sales team is a diverse team of around 150 Flixies from both tech and business fields. Together, we build tailored marketing technologies to scale activities while constantly evaluating data and celebrating successes.

Different disciplines, supported equally
With different roles and disciplines, from marketing intelligence, localization and content management, to brand management, global offline sales, or campaign and programmatic marketing, to name just a few, we aim to win new customers and turn existing ones into brand ambassadors.
For all these tasks, we are aware that every opinion counts. That is why we support our team members to develop in the fields of their preference and to have fun at work even during stressful periods – and maybe at one team event or another.
All of this helps us have a flexible and dynamic work environment, aim for a high level of innovation and cutting edge technologies, and constantly want to improve the way we do our job.

For us it's important to know the rules, but we don't shy away from unorthodox solutions and use critical thinking to overcome complex situations and obstacles. Also, we have fun working in a diverse, multinational team with business and tech roles side-by-side to paint the world green.

In my previous experience in marketing, my engineering background wasn’t used, but here at Flix, numbers and statistics are fundamental.
