At Flix we're proud to support our members from the LGBTIQ+ and create a safe space for these communities. From implementing pronouns in our comms platforms to actively taking part in Pride events and running LGBTIQ+ awareness sessions, we're committed to making them feel supported and seen.
Women at Flix
Quick off the mark, our Women at Flix ERG has already made strides by hosting numerous "I am remarkable" workshops, launching an e-learning programme on Women and Gender equity, hosting an interview series on women in top leadership positions and working with the recruitment team to improve equity.
Caregivers at Flix
New to the scene, our Caregivers at Flix ERG aims to give our caregiver members a voice, while providing the support they need for professional growth and education.
