We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team and have the most direct influence on our success.
The mission of the Pricing API Platform team is to develop a comprehensive platform that delivers the best prices for our customers across all channels, ensuring compliance with various market regulations. Our best-of-class integration platform for price providers makes integrating new and evolving existing Pricing Engines simple and reliable.
As a self-organized team, we provide a unified Pricing API to all FLIX teams, standing at the forefront by making comprehensive, precise, and up-to-date pricing data available to various stakeholders.
As the Product Owner joining our Pricing API Platform team, you will collaborate with our Domain PO and Revenue Management department to support efforts in meeting the demands of our evolving business. Your responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders, both on the business and tech sides, shape the product vision, and, together with your team, define optimal pricing strategies with minimal effort.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Together with your technical team design, implement, and optimize high-value products and services;
- Understand and communicate the WHY behind your products;
- Partner with your key stakeholders to analyze and prioritize business requirements;
- Drive data-driven decisions;
- Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with your team and stakeholders;
- Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision;
- Collaborate closely with other Product Owners in cross-team initiatives;
- Find a pragmatic balance between speed and quality of engineering.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Experience in working on Platform/API products and services;
- Understanding of developing Product KPIs for B2B Products and services;
- Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills;
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working in a highly collaborative environment;
- Good understanding of Agile Software Product development principles and techniques (e.g. outcome-focused, Impact Mapping, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.)
- Experience and willingness to work with a high degree of both individual and team autonomy;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and lateral leadership skills;
- Fluent in English
Nice to have;
- Knowledge of Revenue Management Systems architecture
- Possessing a technical background is a plus
