We're looking for a motivated and driven CRM Manager for our North American markets and brands to join our global CRM team.  This is a critical role for CRM at Flix as we expand our capabilities, redefine our toolset and constantly optimize for maximum revenue, profits, and growth, as well as scalability and efficiency. We support constant global market growth with our marketing activities to increase repeated purchases and prevent churn. We always aim for cutting edge technologies and a high level of innovation. By joining our team, you will be a crucial part of driving the team forward, developing our brands and customer communication in North America, Canada and Mexico. The role is based in Germany (Munich or Berlin).

Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • You will be developing communication strategies for the North American market and both brands FlixBus and Greyhound with the goal to drive customer engagement and revenue, with the support of our Brand team
  • You will create and execute a yearly campaign communication plan for your brands and market, using all available channels (mail, push and WhatsApp)
  • You will define monitors and reports on success metrics to demonstrate performance improvements for both engagement and revenue impacts, incl. running tests and driving insights to optimize existing communication
  • You will support other team members with your market knowledge to create automated customer communication
  • You will create and maintain a good understanding of emerging technologies and CRM best practices and innovation, this also includes monitoring competitive customer communication
  • You must comply fully with all privacy regulations

 

Your profile:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in CRM
  • You are fluent in American English; you know the market very well. Ideally you were born or lived in America for a significant amount of time
  • You have excellent knowledge of CRM tools; Braze specific experience is a very strong plus
  • You know how to create and executing CRM market strategies and understand how to organize a yearly communication plan. You can organize and execute your plan by yourself
  • You understand how to segment customers and it is easy for you to vision their communication plan
  • You are very good in analysing KPIs and drawing conclusions
  • You are passionate about customer communication and interested in turning commercial needs into creative communication ideas and you are comfortable taking the ideas forward to implementation
  • You think out of the box, and you proactively make suggestions for improvements
  • You have a very structured and detailed work process
  • Fluent in Mexican Spanish is a strong plus
