We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Business Development Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. The position will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You are the main point of contact for a group of bus partners regarding most business, financial and operational topics
- You manage up to 10 accounts
- You actively engage in shaping bus partner's portfolios to maximize Flix and bus partners profits
- You support discussions on new routes/cities/solutions
- You help identify, negotiate, and acquire new bus operators to partner with Flix
- You present partnership opportunities and the advantages of a cooperation with Flix to external stakeholders (local authorities, bus companies, terminals)
- You explain Flix business model while onboarding new employees from all departments
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Native level of Ukrainian and very good command of English
- Degree in business administration, management, transportation, logistics or tourism proffered
- Relevant work experience in B2B sales, business development, account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proactivity, reliability and eagerness to learn
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Interest in travel or transportation would be a plus
