As a Workday HRIS Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and administration of our HRIS (Workday). This position is responsible for data maintenance, changes, integrity, and accuracy, supporting the execution of organizational changes, onboarding and offboarding, and improving Workday-related data-entering and processes within the company. As a key user of Workday, you’ll work closely with HR Business Partners and the People Operations Team to streamline HR operations and empower data-driven decision-making.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- HRIS Data Management: Perform data entry, updates, and validations within Workday, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Organizational Changes: Support data changes and updates for organizational changes , including role changes, hierarchy adjustments, and team restructuring in Workday.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes within Workday, supporting a smooth experience for employees and ensuring timely updates.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the HRIS and People Operations Team to identify and implement process enhancements in Workday, helping improve operational efficiency.
- User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide second-level support for Workday-related issues and inquiries from People Operations Managers and HR Business Partners, ensuring efficient resolution and escalation when needed.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain documentation for Workday processes and provide guidance and training on Workday functionalities as needed.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with Workday as an HRIS is a must-have.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday data entry, data management, and report generation; understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data and process issues within Workday.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of data accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with HR team members and assisting users with varying levels of Workday experience.
