We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Talent Sourcer who will support our Global Talent Acquisition team, help us drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Collaborate closely with hiring teams to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aimed at building a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Proactively engage with passive candidates, focusing on understanding their skills, motivations, and cultural fit.
- Establish and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship-building efforts.
- Leverage research tools, social media platforms, and creative recruiting techniques to market opportunities, attract top talent, and foster online talent communities.
- Own the entire sourcing process, from identifying candidates to evaluating them, while ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the lifecycle.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Experience: 3+ years of utilizing direct sourcing techniques with the focus on Commercial and Corporate positions. Understanding of Tech profiles is a plus
- Strategic impact: able to prepare and present Talent Mapping for projected future workforce plans and skill gaps
- Communication skills: effective communication with candidates aspiring for mid-senior and executive level roles. Ability to handle multiple communication streams.
- Market knowledge: up to date with market developments to utilize the knowledge about trends and target audiences per job market
- Detail-Oriented: strong attention to detail
- Language skills: business fluent English and German language knowledge
