We are looking for a passionate and results-driven (Senior-) Marketing Manager to join our team in Peru. This dynamic role focuses on executing local marketing initiatives and forging impactful partnerships while collaborating closely with our headquarter marketing team to drive FlixBus' growth in the region. You’ll take ownership of offline marketing, partnerships, and social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and achieve business goals in Peru. 

Your Tasks – Paint the world green 

  • You develop and implement partnerships and direct marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth in Perú.
  • You identify new potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands, events and organizations in Perú.
  • You identify and negotiate partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and other relevant organizations to promote Flixbus services.
  • You initiate meetings, propose partnership frameworks and negotiate the mutually beneficial conditions.
  • You take full ownership of our direct marketing activities (offline voucher distribution, direct mailing) involving their planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • You lead the efforts to build an engaged following on social media in Peru in alignment PR & Brand Teams
  • You take active part in the yearly budget and revenue planning.
  • You work in close alignment with our Brand and Commercial Development teams.
  • You support other marketing channels with their respective initiatives for Perú.
  • You work closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with Flixbus' overall marketing strategy.
  • Challenge Flix's business-as-usual to ensure Perú´s go-to-market success, considering local adaptations. 

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board 

  • 5 to 7+ years of work experience preferably in a similar role within fast-paced industries/startups, demonstrating the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. 
  • Experience in a B2C digital first business with a focus on social, partnerships, growth, offline marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and effectively execute strategic plans in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to support assumptions.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and social skills. 
  • Creative thinker, able to innovate and approach challenges from new perspectives.
  • Self-starter capable of working proactively and independently in a globally distributed team.  
  • Deep understanding of Peruvian culture and consumer behaviour, tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Native Spanish speaker with keen understanding of Peruvian dialect. Fluent in English for collaboration with Global Teams.
