We're looking for a motivated and driven Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our FlixBus shop at București Autogara Militari (Bus Station) in Bucharest. This job is full-time and for an indefinite period of time.
About the Role
- Sell tickets and handle reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Assist with passenger check-in and support smooth bus departures and arrivals
- Operate the cash register, manage cash flow, and complete end-of-shift documentation
- Work closely with Traffic Control, Operation teams, and drivers
- Support promotional activities when needed
- Help improve daily station processes for efficiency and safety
- Provide friendly, informed customer service at the station and shop
About You
- Very good level of Romanian and a good level of English
- Experience in customer service and basic cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts (Shift range: Mon-Fr 8am-8pm; Sat-Sun 9am-17pm)
- Reliable, proactive, and motivated team player
- Comfortable using MS Office, smartphones, web applications or reservation systems
