Regional Operations Manager Protected Category law 68/99 (m/f/d)

As part of the Operations team, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with bus partners, monitoring service performance, and coordinating new line setups. You’ll support quality, safety, and training initiatives, support operational excellence through data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.

About the Role

• Build, develop, and continuously optimize strong and trusted partnerships with local operators
• Train, support, and coach drivers in accordance with international quality standards
• Adapt, maintain, and continuously improve service and quality standards to meet the specific needs of the Italian market
• Ensure a smooth, accurate, and efficient launch of new routes
• Monitor, manage, and improve customer NPS related to local bus partners
• Track operational performance and proactively identify and resolve quality issues
• Serve as the primary point of reference for quality and performance matters with local partners
  

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Excellent command of Italian and good proficiency in English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, and regional authorities)
• Solid analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Flexibility combined with a hands-on, proactive approach
