About the Role
- Support administrative processes, including complaints management, authority requests, authorization checks, and database updates
- Conduct business and marketing analyses for current and potential routes, including competitive benchmarking, pricing reviews, and capacity comparisons
- Assist Operations with documentation, quality case analysis, global communication with business partners, and punctuality performance reviews
- Perform bus station–related analyses, system checks, and outreach to station managers for invoicing or troubleshooting
- Provide hands‑on operational support at the Lisboa bus station, such as internet setup, TVM checks, and delivering documentation or devices to BP supervisors
About You
- You are a student in Business, Transport, Law, or a related field
- Possess availability for a full-time internship starting May 2026
- Have native level Portuguese and fluent English are a must
- Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Possess strong attention to detail and confidence preparing documents, reports, and research
- Have built solid Excel skills and proficiency with document creation tools
- Are proactive, self driven and with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
